WHO I AM AS A READER
Hi! My name is Lauren Jackson, and reading is basically my favorite thing to do! I tend to get lost in any type of genre, really. Especially mysteries! Nancy Drew is one of my favorites. This summer, I made a list of books that I absolutely HAD to read! My list consisted of a lot of great books, like Paper Towns by John Green, Pretty Little Liars by Sara Shepard, and The Maze Runner by James Dashner. All of these book had incredible plots and details. The thing I found in common with all of these books is that, whether you live in a dystopian world, where big concrete walls keep you trapped, or you're on a mission to find the girl you love with your friends, all of the invincible characters in these books have traits of thought processes that relates to the reader, which makes the book loved by others, or, if they're like me, it makes it easier to get lost in,and imagine how the character feels, along with how you picture the setting. As a reader, I am an optimist and a believer.
